There are a number of myths surrounding real estate investing -- and frankly, some of them are rather far from reality. The thing is, every myth has some sort of truth behind it, the real contest is whether one can realize how important that particular truth is. Within this first part of the article series, we shall discuss about some of the most popular real estate investment myths, and we will also try to dispel them.
